As a Senior Project/Account Manager with our USA team, you will be responsible for all activity as it relates to the efficient and effective execution of projects. You are a detail person who must enjoy and even demand knowing what is going on at all levels, and you want the responsibility of building strong working relationships with our clients and contracted Associates to ensure projects are implemented, executed and completed on time and on budget. More importantly, you will ensure that the clients’ project goals and expectations are met or exceeded on completion. You have proven experience multitasking and managing people.

With a strong agriculture background and a minimum 7-10 years of experience in project management, your critical role will include:

  • Develop, and monitor all program details and strategies with the Business Development Lead (BD) to meet client’s needs.
  • Build out work plans/schedules to ensure all facets of the program are properly assigned and both the executional team and client know and understand responsibilities, timelines, budgets, etc.
  • Work with the client and BD to develop Associate profiles then work with the AgCall recruiting team to recruit, screen, do reference checks (if required) and hire Associates as required.
  • Provide training to AgCall Associates so they understand their roles and responsibilities, the support and resources that are provided by the AgCall project team, expectations regarding to behavior, professionalism, safety, and how their performance will be evaluated.
  • Manage and coach Associates in the completion of their duties. Liaise with Associates on at least a weekly basis and travel as required to provide coaching. Improve performance, resolve conflicts and meet program goals by providing daily support and coaching to AgCall Associates.
  • Ensure proper auditing processes are in place on all projects
  • Liaise with clients at field level on a regular basis to evaluate programs in-progress and improve processes and efficiencies wherever possible for future projects.
  • Provide regular reports and updates for the client/internal team in order to keep everyone up to date. Develop a final program report and present it to client along with the BD.
  • Evaluate the success of each project with BD and provide summaries and recommendations to the client and the AgCall project team.
