Now Hiring - Data Entry Specialist

Our client, a major agriculture company is looking for a part-time data entry specialist with a keen eye for attention to detail to work out of their Calgary office. Flexible hours (approx. 20-30 hrs/week) will give you a great work/life balance.

Skills Required

  • Knowledge of or previous agricultural industry experience an asset

  • Strong communication skills to interface with team members

  • Strong decision making and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent computer and keyboarding skills

  • Deliver neat and accurate work with an attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain accurate documentation and meet deadlines

  • Work positively in a team environment or independently

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an office / clerical or administration role is preferred

  • Bilingual is an asset


  • Work with Managers to prioritize work requirements

  • Data-entry work in maintaining files and records

  • Work on multiple platforms

  • Build relationships with other team members
