Product Performance Associates
AgCall Inc. has exciting field opportunities for agriculture professionals for the 2025 growing season. Product Performance Associates respond to canola seed treatment product inquiries, conduct field inspections, and gather facts and observations present in the field. Successful Associates must be adaptive, make on-the-spot assessments and decisions, and be strong communicators.

- Southern AB – Calgary to USA Border
- SW Saskatchewan – Swift Current/SW Sask
- NW Saskatchewan – Saskatoon to AB Border, Saskatoon/North Battleford/Kindersley
- Brandon/SW Manitoba
Responsibilities
- Be available from mid-May through June
- Connect with growers within 24 hours and be infield within 48 hours
- Inspection and assessment of in-field situation
- Engage and involve grower in the field inspection
- Extend knowledge and education of pest threshold levels and insecticide seed treatment protection capabilities
- Ability to manage customer conversations to ensure the most positive customer service experience possible
- Data collection into the online platform
- Communicate to the grower, client, and AgCall management
Requirements
- Solid agronomic skills and understanding of the canola production in Western Canada
- Minimum two years agricultural related post-secondary education
- Superior field scouting experience, including insect identification, insect thresholds, and crop injury assessment
- Strong observation skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Effective use of a Smartphone and/or a tablet
- PAg or CCA designation is an asset, however, not a requirement.
- Valid driver license
Training
Successful Associates must attend the technical and safety training. An additional in-field training session with a client representative may be required upon your first field visit. Attendance is required.
Associates will report directly to AgCall and will also receive training on the data collection and submission procedures that are required for payment.
Compensation
Competitive compensation and bonus, with mileage reimbursement.
