Licensee Compliance Manager
We are seeking detail-oriented, professional Compliance Manager (CM) to join our team for a licensee verification program. In this role, you will conduct on-site visits to ensure licensee partners are in compliance with the program agreement. Associates will be responsible for 1 to 6 licensee partners, and will play a key role in documenting adherence to program guidelines, reporting findings, and fostering positive relationships with licensee partners.

Timeline
This is a 2-year contract project from May to August, 2025, and April to July, 2026
Responsibilities
- Technical
- Schedule and coordinate licensee visits
- Verify and document licensee adherence to program requirements to ensure licensee follows branding guidelines, storage and handling and sales tracking
- Educate licensee to address non-compliance, report to AgCall where follow-up steps are needed
- Relationship Management
- Develop a strong and cooperative working relationship with the project manager
- Engage with licensees professionally to schedule visits and obtain required information
- Maintain respectful, professional communication during all interactions
- Uphold confidentiality and data integrity throughout the program
Qualifications
- Experience in seed production, compliance management or a related field (relevant degree, designation, or industry experience is an asset but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with licensees
- The ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
Compensation
AgCall offers a competitive wage structure for its associates, including an hourly base rate, bonuses, and mileage/expense reimbursement, with potential for cash rewards for referrals.
